Leading the talented kitchen team at Megalos Restaurant is Executive Chef Chris Barkley.
From humble beginnings in his home town of Morrisburg, Ontario, Chris rose quickly throughout the ranks of each kitchen he worked at. In pursuit of his culinary passion, he moved to Kingston, ON, to further his career and experience.
Over the past eight years, Chris has worked closely with different chefs and has developed a classical approach with modern focus to food preparation.
With an emphasis on the freshness of ingredients in each menu item, Chris is dedicated to ensuring the high quality of food that customers have come to expect from a long standing staple of Downtown Kingston dining.
He looks forward to the opportunity to continue providing exceptional quality food to our loyal customers and to turn our new diners into old friends.

At the head of our service staff is our Front of House Manager Carlyn McNabb, who has been with Megalos since early 2009.
Starting as a part time bartender, Carlyn worked her way up over the years and has now been managing since early 2014 while completing her bachelor and subsequent graduate studies.
Throughout her seven years with Megalos, she has become more than just a familiar face to our regular customers. She has enjoyed working alongside all of our staff, new and old, and has created a sense of family among the Megalos employees.
