Leading the talented kitchen team at Megalos Restaurant is Executive Chef Chris Barkley.
From humble beginnings in his home town of Morrisburg, Ontario, Chris rose quickly throughout the ranks of each kitchen he worked at. In pursuit of his culinary passion, he moved to Kingston, ON, to further his career and experience.
Over the past eight years, Chris has worked closely with different chefs and has developed a classical approach with modern focus to food preparation.
With an emphasis on the freshness of ingredients in each menu item, Chris is dedicated to ensuring the high quality of food that customers have come to expect from a long standing staple of Downtown Kingston dining.
He looks forward to the opportunity to continue providing exceptional quality food to our loyal customers and to turn our new diners into old friends.

Helming our service staff is our Front of House Manager Alexa Cleary. While pursuing her bachelor studies at the University of Toronto, Alexa honed her service skills at various restaurants. Upon completion of her bachelor studies, decided to devote herself to the restaurant industry, and has done so since 2012.
In her time with Megalos, Alexa has developed a relationship with all our regular and first time guests. Alexa brings her extensive knowledge and passion stems from being raised in a restauranteur household.
Along with running the day to day operation at Megalos, Alexa arranges special events for any size of group and all social media.
